- Coordinate annual checks of community back-flow prevention devices
- Keep all insurance documents on file and available
- Help obtain bids for insurance
- Work with attorneys and insurance carriers to be sure insurance requirements are met
- In the event of a loss, help process HOA claims
- Review sub-contractor’s insurance documents on an annual basis
- Regular follow-up to be sure all contracted work is being performed
