- Review and maintain signage, to insure legal compliance as well as benefiting your HOA
- Maintain and inspect common areas such as mail boxes and trash and recycling areas
- Periodic checks of all common lighting
- Periodic checks of common sprinklers, exit lights, fire extinguishers and alarms, as needed
- Coordinate annual checks of community back-flow prevention devices

- Keep all insurance documents on file and available
- Help obtain bids for insurance
- Work with attorneys and insurance carriers to be sure insurance requirements are met
- In the event of a loss, help process HOA claims
- Review sub-contractor’s insurance documents on an annual basis
- Regular follow-up to be sure all contracted work is being performed

- Prepare for meetings

- Explain and develop budgets for your meetings
